At Home

Since COVID-19, many of us have started working out at home. However, it can get very lonely and the risk of injury due to a lack of help and advice is unfortunately very high.

That's why I'm striving to be flexible and offer you a workout at your home. Whether you want to train by your pool or indoors with your AC running - the choice is yours.

There are many options for training at home, whether it's using your own body weight, with equipment, or in private yoga classes (one-on-one, partner, or group lessons) - anything is possible.
