Did any of the questions from page 1 resonate with you? Do you have injuries, illnesses or other health restrictions that prevent you from doing traditional gym workouts?

I am an experienced personal trainer and would like to show you a way to help you become more active. Whether you're bored or unmotivated when working out, feel intimidated going to the gym with other people, don't know exactly where and how to start, or just don't want to work out alone, I can help.

I strive to be flexible and offer something that my clients really enjoy and benefit from. It's important to find something that you really enjoy as it is the only way to make the training sustainable and achieve the desired improvements.

I have extensive experience in Zumba®, Yoga and Strength training. The in-depth knowledge in sports science that I acquired at university sets me apart from many other personal trainers. 

I want to make a difference.

With my background in sports science, not just with coaching licenses, I know more about anatomy, physiology, training and exercise from a scientific point of view than most personal trainers.

I am a very kind, loving and caring person, which really helps me connect with my clients.

In my personal experience, working out can be stressful, difficult, exhausting and intimidating. I want to make a difference and change the way you feel about working out. I want it to be fun, exciting and something you look forward to.
