Yoga

As a small part of what the term Yoga actually encompasses, this training is a sport that can be done at both high and low intensity. Movements and flows work strategically together to build your muscles and improve your flexibility, as well as to moisturize your joints.

This sport is suitable for people of all ages and can be done at different levels. It can help with many health issues, such as high cortisol levels, stomach issues, cardiovascular problems, osteoporosis, cartilage and joint wear and tear, and things like arthritis, back pain and fibromyalgia by reducing pain.

Yoga is also known to help people emotionally and mentally. Not only by reducing stress, but also by soothing tension and anxiety, and helping to develop inner awareness and increased mindfulness.
